At CUTTCITE, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and returns policy below.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, including all packaging. Some exceptions apply, such as:
- Customized or personalized items: These are not eligible for returns.
- Final sale items: These items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Perishable goods: Items such as food or beauty products are not eligible for returns.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@cuttcite.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and return it to the address provided.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item. You will receive a refund for the returned item once we receive it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
